At this
time of year, we are particularly reminded of all the things we are
truly thankful for. Through your generous gifts of donations and
financial contributions, CUPS has been able to continue its much
needed work in northeast Mexico and the Rio Grande Valley. U-Haul
vans fully loaded with school supplies, medical equipment,
computers, blankets and warm clothing have been taken into Mexico
this year donated by all of our friends. And we continued to complete
construction projects and find homes for Personal Energy
Transportation (PET) devices as well.
Financially,
CUPS has been blessed by the continued contributions from our
numerous faithful donors. Thank you to all the individuals who have
contributed to this ministry. Many thanks also go out to the
following organizations for their support this year.
- Brenham
Presbyterian Church
- Georgetown
First Presbyterian Church
- Gonzales

- J.J.
White Memorial Presbyterian Church
- Kingwood
First Presbyterian Church
- LaGrange

As
always, CUPS strives to be good stewards of the donations and
contributions we receive. Since we are largely volunteer based,
CUPS currently spends very little on administration or fund
raising. In 2017 2% of our expenses were for administration,
1.5% was for fund raising and 96.5% was devoted to program
expenses. We thank each one of you for your support this year.
